Financial highlights

Consolidated net loss after tax and non-controlling interests for Q1 FY26 was ₹540 million, compared to a net loss of ₹1,787 million in Q1 FY25.
Net debt reduced to ₹8,915 million, down 38% post-merger, with cash reserves at ₹5,420 million as of June 30, 2025.
Outlook and guidance
Upcoming quarters expected to benefit from a strong content pipeline across languages, with major Bollywood, Hollywood, and regional releases anticipated.
Plans to open 90–100 new screens in FY26, maintaining CapEx guidance at ₹400–425 crore.
