Quaker Chemical Corporation (Quaker) is a manufacturer of technical grade chemicals and a provider of process chemicals, production equipment, and assistance for the refining and petrochemical industries. The Company supplies products to customers in the petroleum refining, petrochemical refining, asphalt, mining, and beverage industries. Quaker offers custom-formulated chemicals that are used in the manufacturing of nylon 6 and nylon 66 resins, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, farm chemistries, dyes, inks and colors; additives for motor oil; carbon black feedstock; and specialty products. The Company also provides various process technologies used to purify refinery feedstocks such as propane and butane. Quaker's product portfolio includes quaternary amines, corrosion inhibitors, fluid loss control additives (FLCAs), corrosion inhibitors/dispersants treatment systems, cationic flocculants/surfactants, caustic soda drying catalysts/process optimization technologies (DPOs), hydrogen peroxide catalyst systems for multiple applications across a range of commodities including chemicals and biofuels production; tertiary amine flocculants for water treatment applications; organic complexers for refinery applications; high purity chlor-alkali products for use as electrolytes.
