Executive summary
Achieved highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA, and profit after tax in Q1 FY27, driven by strong domestic and export demand, with wires and cables leading growth and FMEG segment reaching operational breakeven.
Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were approved by the Board on 27 July 2026.

Financial highlights
Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue from operations was ₹31,682 million, up 54% year-over-year, with EBITDA at ₹2,853 million and EBITDA margin at 9.0%.
PAT for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹2,052 million, up 129% year-over-year, with PAT margin at 6.5%.
Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter were ₹18.14, compared to ₹7.94 in Q1 FY26.
Exceptional item: ₹138 million reduction in profit before tax due to new labour codes; also, a ₹14 crore reversal related to labor code provision.
Outlook and guidance
Maintains margin guidance of 10.5% for wire and cable segment by FY 2028 and expects 18% volume growth for FY 2027.
FMEG business targets 20% annual top-line growth and sustainable profitability.
H2 expected to be stronger than H1, following historical trends.
