Revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 reached ₹2,058.6 Cr, up 13.9% year-over-year, driven by strong demand in the wires & cables market.
Export business scaled steadily, especially in Europe and Middle East, reflecting global competitiveness and improved supply chain efficiency.
Leadership transition to a new Managing Director was highlighted, with a focus on sustaining growth and industry leadership.
Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025.
Financial highlights
Revenue from operations reached INR 2,058.6 crore in Q1 FY26, up 13.9% year-over-year from INR 1,808.1 crore.
EBITDA rose 50% to INR 143.1 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 7% from 5.3% in Q1 FY25.
Profit after tax was INR 89.8 crore, a 39.4% increase year-over-year.
EPS for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹7.8, up from ₹5.7 in Q1 FY25.
Consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹8,976.67 lakhs, compared to ₹6,437.87 lakhs in Q1 FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Maintains guidance of 18% volume growth and 100 bps margin improvement for FY26, expecting stronger H2 performance.
Cable segment expected to drive higher growth, with a shift in product mix anticipated over the next three years.
FMEG segment expected to achieve EBIT positive for the year, with 20-25% growth targeted.
Management highlights continued strong demand in the wires & cables segment and operational efficiency improvements.
Results reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 31 July 2025.
