Financial highlights
Revenue from operations (net) rose 32.5% year-over-year to ₹1,506.0 crore; gross profit up 38.8% to ₹647.7 crore.
IMSL/IMFL volume reached 9.72 million cases, up 38% year-over-year, the highest ever for a quarter.
EBITDA increased 55.6% year-over-year to ₹230.7 crore; EBITDA margin improved to 15.3% from 13.0%.
Standalone net profit for Q1 FY26 was ₹13,334 lakhs, compared to ₹7,575 lakhs in Q1 FY25; consolidated net profit was ₹13,052 lakhs, up from ₹7,481 lakhs.
Net debt reduced by INR 164 crores/₹163.7 crore since March 2025.
Outlook and guidance
Poised to deliver over 20% overall volume growth in FY26, with robust contributions from prestige and above categories.
Margin expansion guidance increased to 125–150 basis points annually for the next three years, driven by premiumization and operating leverage.
On track to achieve INR 500 crores revenue from luxury and semi-luxury brands in FY26.
CapEx expected at INR 150–160 crores annually for the next two years, focused on brand and mold-related investments.
A&SP spend to be maintained around 6–8% of IMFL revenues to drive sales momentum.
