Executive summary
Q1 FY26 operating revenue reached INR 744 crores (₹74,381 lakhs), up 33% year-over-year from INR 558 crores (₹55,811 lakhs).
Total revenue grew 31% year-over-year to INR 758 crores (₹75,816 lakhs), with profit before tax at INR 89 crores (₹8,931 lakhs), up 34%.
Profit after tax rose 36% year-over-year to INR 66 crores (₹6,610 lakhs); EPS increased to Rs. 2.06 from Rs. 1.52.
Order booking for the quarter was INR 721 crores, with a robust order book of INR 7,197 crores.
Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved by the Board on July 28, 2025; limited review found no material misstatements.
Financial highlights
Telecom segment contributed INR 335 crores (₹33,476 lakhs); Project segment contributed INR 409 crores (₹40,905 lakhs) to operating turnover.
Segment profit before tax and interest: Telecom Services ₹6,879 lakhs, Project Work Services ₹2,160 lakhs.
Data center related business generated about INR 51 crores in revenue for the quarter.
Margins for the quarter improved to 5.28%, with profit before tax margin increasing year-over-year.
Order book as of the reporting date stands at INR 7,197 crores, with 31% from railways and close to INR 500 crores from coverage projects.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year revenue growth is guided at 25%, reflecting a strong pipeline and order book.
Margin guidance for the year is in the range of 11% to 12%.
Telecom market growth expected to remain stunted, but project business, especially railways, is gaining momentum.
International business is in early stages, with expectations for future growth.
