Raksul Inc. is a Japanese company that sells printing services to offices and individuals throughout Japan. To ensure the best quality of service, Raksul has three printing factories in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka). Before a new product goes on sale, it passes through a Quality Assurance team whose job is to check the quality of the product and to make sure that it works. For example, for an ink cartridge for a printer, we test the cartridge by running it through 30 printer tests. We also have a User Assistance Department that offers information to customers who run into any trouble with the products or with the ordering process.
