For Q2 2025, total revenue and income was $1.88 million, up 3% from Q2 2024; for the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue was $3.61 million, down 19% year-over-year.
Net loss for Q2 2025 was $564,000 (Q2 2024: $657,000 loss); net loss attributable to shareholders was $713,000 (Q2 2024: $958,000 loss).
For the six months ended June 30, 2025, net loss was $1.04 million (2024: $1,600 net income); net loss attributable to shareholders was $1.35 million (2024: $600,000 loss).
Royalty revenue increased 34% year-over-year to $622,000 for the six months, while finance income declined 40% to $2.42 million due to loan repayments and credit losses.
Energy revenue from BESS and solar operations contributed $573,000 in the six-month period.
Outlook and guidance
Management is actively evaluating new royalty financing opportunities in solar and storage, with several transactions in advanced due diligence.
The company is in the process of refinancing Series-1 Green Bonds maturing between October 2025 and March 2026 and has allocated maturing investments to meet repayment obligations.
