Executive summary

Outlook and guidance

• Global expansion plans include subsidiaries in the U.S., Germany and Southeast Asia, with subsidiaries being established in Australia, Japan and the U.K.

• Indonesia factory phase one is planned for 8 GWh annual capacity for EV and ESS batteries, systems and components; further overseas capacity expansion is under consideration.

• Development plans include 500 Ah+ long-duration ESS cells, Powtrix systems exceeding 6.26 MWh per standard 20-foot cabin, and liquid cooling for projects lasting 8 hours or more.

• EV priorities include ultra-fast charging and hybrid solid-liquid batteries; targets include mass energy density of at least 220 Wh/kg for passenger vehicles and 350 Wh/kg for low-altitude aircraft and robots.

• Flash-charging chemistry is under development for average 6C and peak 8C charging.
