Executive summary
Net sales for Q1 FY2025 were ¥12,340 million, down 0.2% year-over-year, with profits declining due to higher SG&A expenses, new R&D facility costs, head office relocation, and foreign exchange losses.
Operating profit was ¥639 million (down 19.2%), ordinary profit ¥730 million (down 26.0%), and profit attributable to owners was ¥502 million (down 12.5%).
Comprehensive income fell 39.9% year-on-year to ¥434 million.

Gross profit for the quarter was ¥3,168 million, up from ¥3,120 million year-on-year.
Basic earnings per share for the quarter was ¥62.09, down from ¥71.07 year-on-year.

FY2025 net sales forecast at ¥57.0 billion (+4.2%), operating profit at ¥3.99 billion (+2.8%), and profit attributable to owners at ¥2.85 billion (+0.3%).
Ordinary profit expected to decline due to anticipated foreign exchange losses.
Full-year Automobile segment sales and profit expected to recover to prior year levels from Q2 onward.
Dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, is ¥146 per share.
