Executive summary
Achieved strong financial performance with after-tax profit of NOK 390.6 million for the first nine months of 2025, up from NOK 367.3 million year-over-year, and ROE at 12.5%–13% for the quarter, impacted by merger costs and goodwill, with a long-term ambition of 14% ROE by 2027 as synergies are fully realized.

Expecting a reduction in Pillar 2 guidance and requirement by year-end, further strengthening capital position.
The board highlights uncertainty in all future estimates, despite a solid base for continued profitable growth.
Long-term ROE target of 14% expected to be reached by 2027 as full synergy run-rate is achieved.
