Executive summary

• FY2026 operating revenue rose 17.7% YoY to ¥923,592 million and operating profit increased 40.1% to ¥103,436 million, both records, supported by overseas growth and a weaker yen.

Outlook and guidance

• FY2027 forecast: revenue ¥1,014,000 million (+9.8%), operating profit ¥114,000 million (+10.2%), ordinary profit ¥111,000 million (+6.0%) and net income ¥73,000 million (-4.5%).

• FY2027 gross margin is planned at 52.9% and SG&A/revenue at 41.6%; cost reductions and overseas mix are expected to offset less favorable hedged FX and higher raw-material costs.

• FY2029 targets are revenue ¥1,298bn, operating profit ¥156bn and 12.0% operating margin; overseas sales are expected to exceed 50% of revenue.

• FY2027 segment operating profit plans: Japan ¥69.3bn, East Asia ¥71.5bn, Southeast Asia and Oceania ¥11.0bn, and Europe and North America ¥5.6bn.
