Executive summary
Group revenues for Q1–Q3 2025/26 declined 14.9% year-over-year to €6,355 million, with EBITDA down 26.9% to €367 million and operating result down 59.7% to €95 million.
All segments except Fruit saw revenue and earnings declines; Fruit segment improved operating result by 20% to €90 million.
Net financial debt increased to €1,835 million, and the equity ratio stood at 43.0%.
Net loss after tax was €-51 million, compared to €33 million profit in the prior year period; EPS dropped to €-0.40.
Full-year group earnings guidance for 2025/26 is confirmed, with revenues expected between €8.3–8.7 billion and operating profit €100–200 million.
