Executive summary
Interim and consolidated financial statements for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 show strong performance, with gross profit up 37% and net profit up 471% year-over-year, reaching 681.9 million lei.
Revenue growth was driven by higher capacity bookings, increased commodity component, greater gas quantities transmitted (up 14% year-over-year), and a substantial gain from inflation adjustment of regulated assets.
Major development projects and strategic investments are underway, focusing on expanding transmission capacity, interconnections, and hydrogen infrastructure.
The group completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Petrostar SA, resulting in a bargain purchase gain and expanded capabilities in support and auxiliary services.

Cash generated from operations: 1.01 billion lei; cash and cash equivalents at period end: 743.4 million lei.

Financial indicators for 2025-2029 approved, aligned with corporate governance and regulatory requirements; updated 2024-2033 Development Plan and new regulated tariffs effective 1 October 2025.
Strategic focus on major infrastructure projects, including compressor stations, new pipelines, and interconnections with neighboring countries.
Continued investments in hydrogen transmission corridors and adaptation of existing infrastructure for green gases.
RON 300 million correction to be staggered over two years (2026-2028), pending regulatory approval; additional RON 60 million efficiency gain correction expected.
