Executive summary
Net sales for the three months ended November 30, 2025, rose 14.7% year-over-year to ¥70,285 million, with operating profit up 18.9% to ¥4,660 million and profit attributable to owners of parent up 16.4% to ¥3,091 million.
Comprehensive income improved significantly to ¥5,068 million from a loss of ¥455 million in the prior year period.

Gross profit increased to ¥40,556 million from ¥35,701 million year-over-year, while selling, general and administrative expenses rose to ¥35,896 million.
Basic earnings per share for the quarter were ¥62.95, up from ¥54.06 a year earlier.
Total assets grew to ¥186,536 million as of November 30, 2025, from ¥179,446 million at the end of August 2025.
Net assets increased to ¥120,908 million, with an equity-to-asset ratio of 64.5%.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year net sales forecast for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026, is ¥276,300 million, up 7.6% year-over-year.
Operating profit is projected at ¥19,000 million (up 22.6%), and profit attributable to owners of parent at ¥12,400 million (up 11.1%).
Basic earnings per share for the full year are forecast at ¥252.63.
