Executive summary
Revenues for Q1 2026 reached SAR 769.6 million, up 18% year-over-year from SAR 650.8 million.
Net loss for the period was SAR 1.3 million, compared to net income of SAR 22.9 million in Q1 2025, mainly due to significant fair value losses on financial assets and higher finance costs.
Total comprehensive loss was SAR 64.9 million, driven by SAR 60.6 million in fair value losses on FVOCI investments and negative currency translation differences.
