Executive summary
Interim consolidated financials for the three- and six-month periods ended 30 June 2025 were reviewed, with no material misstatements found by the independent auditor.

Cash and cash equivalents increased to SR 721.2 million from SR 538.6 million at year-end 2024.

Management expects the Group to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months, with adequate resources for operational existence.
