Opening remarks and agenda

Financial performance review

• Achieved record production of 204,858 dmt and sales of 209,038 dmt, with a 31% increase in tons produced and a 9% reduction in operating costs for FY2025.

• Generated $223 million in revenue, ended the period with $149 million in cash, and maintained operational stability despite softer lithium prices.

• Operating cost per ton sold was $1,290, and per ton produced was $1,198, both within guidance.

• Safety performance improved, with a 27% reduction in total recordable injury frequency rate and a 14% reduction in CO2 emissions.

• FY2026 guidance includes spodumene concentrate production and sales of 195,000–210,000 tons, with unit costs targeted at AUD 1,175–1,275 per ton and capital expenditure of AUD 40 million.

Board and executive committee updates

• The board was refreshed post-merger, increasing independent and female directors, including a female Chair, and appointing independent Chairs for key committees.

• Remuneration is fully performance-based, independently benchmarked, and transparently disclosed, with sustainability metrics embedded.
