Operating performance

• At end-June 2026, 287 locations (+34 YoY); trailing-12-month visits were 6.92 million (+10%).

• YTD clinic revenue rose 11%, same-clinic revenue 6%; Q2 average spend per visit increased 9%, with both customer volume and unit price higher.

• Q2 revenue was $49 million (+13% YoY); adjusted EBITDA was $20 million (+32%), with a 41% margin; profit growth outpaced revenue despite yen weakness.

• Higher management services revenue reflected points-business expansion after the June 2025 operating-policy change and service-fee revisions.

• Management attributed renewed momentum to two years of reforms in marketing, pricing, services, customer communication and data-driven, multi-branding strategies.

Aesthetic and non-aesthetic growth

• First-half transaction value reached $62 million, up 19% YoY, supported by customer progression from hair removal and oral AGA to dermatological and higher-value treatments.

• Rebrand Shonan Aesthetic Dermatology as SBC Skin Clinic and add two locations; expand NEO Skin Clinic to four and JUN CLINIC to seven, and launch THE LASER and SBC MEN’S FLASH.

• Non-aesthetic healthcare represents 16% of transaction value versus 84% for aesthetic; plans focus on improving existing clinics and expanding locations through M&A, with no mix target set.

• A dedicated non-aesthetic team was established in June 2026; management sees significant potential and expects the segment to become a larger second growth engine over time.

• Aesthetic and non-aesthetic businesses were described as having no major margin difference; a longevity center in Japan and an online platform are planned for 2027.

AI and international expansion

• AI is intended to improve customer experience, clinic-site selection and operations, while enabling growth with less incremental cost; ~ $15 million in annual service-fee increases is expected to flow substantially to profit and EPS.

• More than 26 years of management data underpin AI development; higher-value support is intended to lift locations, fees per clinic and service-menu breadth.

• OrangeTwist has 24 locations in six U.S. states, with recurring membership revenue exceeding 40% of sales; the collaboration is sharing operating know-how and expanding services.

• In Southeast Asia, the Powered by SBC model uses local partners for capital and operations while providing procurement, standardization, training and patient acquisition for recurring, revenue-linked fees; BLEZ CLINIC is the first Thai clinic.

• Overseas growth will proceed market by market; Vietnam is attracting more local customers, while the U.S. relationship is exploring longevity and eventual introduction of proprietary brands and services.
