Outlook and guidance
Focus remains on secured MSME lending in the ₹5 lakh–₹30 lakh segment, a market growing at 24% CAGR.
Targeting 5–7% quarter-on-quarter AUM growth and a 50 bps reduction in cost of operations for the year.
Credit cost expected to rise by 15–20 bps, with full-year guidance in the 1.25–1.3% range.
ROE is expected to trend toward 15% over time, with current levels at 13.5%.
No deviation in the use of NCD proceeds; all funds were utilized as intended for on-lending to secured MSMEs.
