Executive summary
MF quarterly average AUM reached ₹13,140bn, up 10% YoY, with 15.0% market share; total QAAUM was ₹26,539bn at Sep-26.
Steady quarter performance was supported by equity and passive flows, SIP momentum and retail participation; H1 operating revenue rose 12% and operating profit rose 11%.
Financial highlights
Consolidated Q2 revenue from operations was ₹11,926.72mn versus ₹10,950.95mn in Q2 FY26; net profit was ₹7,012.44mn versus ₹7,459.30mn.
Consolidated H1 revenue from operations was ₹23,454.01mn and net profit ₹15,815.00mn, versus ₹20,960.33mn and ₹15,947.69mn, respectively, in H1 FY26.
Operating presentation reported Q2 revenue of ₹11,874mn, operating profit of ₹8,902mn and PAT of ₹6,935mn; H1 revenue was ₹23,361mn and operating profit ₹17,972mn.
H1 PAT was ₹15,663.47mn in standalone results; net worth was ₹7,270 crore as of September 30, 2026.
Prior-period exceptional other income affected YoY comparisons for total income and PAT.
Outlook and guidance
Growth priorities include deeper B-30 penetration, first-time MF investor acquisition, improved distributor productivity and more products per customer.
Plans include expanding passive products, PMS, AIF categories and SIF schemes, while developing institutional advisory, equity solutions and international mandates.
Management expects 30%–40% of the Q2 cost increase to moderate, with ~60% recurring; cloud, AI and capability investment may continue as the business grows.
