Executive summary
Q3 2025 revenue/turnover reached EUR 191.3 million, up 10.4% year-over-year, driven by organic growth of 7.8% and major contract wins totaling EUR 72.3 million, especially in MedTech, Life Science, and logistics.
Major strategic acquisitions included MB Elettronica (Italy), ADCO Circuits (USA), and SRXGlobal, expanding presence in aerospace, defense, and the Americas.

Net cash flow from operations in Q3 was EUR 7.4 million; free cash flow after investments was EUR 4.0 million in Q3 and EUR 31.2 million for Q1–Q3.
Inventory levels declined EUR 7 million year-over-year, despite higher volumes.
Net debt/EBITDA at 0.14; equity ratio at 55%.
Outlook and guidance
2025 turnover is expected between EUR 780–920 million, with comparable EBITA of EUR 55–68 million.
Focus remains on closing announced M&A, financial integration, organic growth, and cost/inventory control.
Management expects continued organic growth, supported by a strong pipeline and customer satisfaction.
