Executive summary
Revenue for the nine months ended 31 March 2026 rose 46.5% year-over-year to RM222.8 million, driven by higher transactional volumes and new BPO projects.
Profit before taxation increased 129.6% year-over-year to RM49.5 million, exceeding the full prior year’s profit by 83.9%.
BPO segment was the primary growth driver, with Gov-Tech projects expected to contribute further in Q4 and FY2027.

Operating profit for the nine months ended 31 March 2026 was RM49.0 million, up from RM21.8 million year-over-year.
Cash and bank balances at 31 March 2026 stood at RM14.4 million.
Outlook and guidance
Management remains confident for the final quarter, citing strong operational momentum and a robust project pipeline.
Gov-Tech projects are expected to progressively contribute to revenue from Q4 FY2026 and into FY2027.
