Executive summary
Net sales for the six months ended September 30, 2025, reached a record ¥593.5 billion, up 6.0% year-over-year, driven by growth across all business segments.
Operating profit increased 14.2% to ¥67.4 billion, while ordinary profit declined 5.4% to ¥79.1 billion due to lower investment partnership gains.
Profit attributable to owners of parent decreased 2.6% to ¥49.1 billion, mainly from a decrease in profit attributable to non-controlling interests.
Launched new products and services, including a residential AED and an employee safety reporting app.
Acquired AVTEL Holdings, expanding global security integration and provided security for Expo 2025 Osaka.
