Sectra AB develops and sells healthcare IT solutions, which enable secure sharing of information between hospitals and other care institutions. The company operates in two business areas: Medical Systems and Security Systems. The Medical Systems business area provides mainly imaging technology, such as radiology and mammography systems, as well as PACS systems for health centers and universities.
The Security Systems area provides encryption solutions for protection against cyber attacks, viruses and unauthorized access targeted at businesses, governments and organizations. Sectra was founded in 1957 and is based in Linköping, Sweden
