• Earnings per share rose to NZD 0.76, and total dividends paid increased by 200% to NZD 0.30 per share.

• Net tangible asset backing per share reached NZD 6.31, and total assets grew 10% to NZD 605 million.

• Net bank debt reduced by 27% to NZD 100.3 million over 24 months, with a leverage ratio now at 1.3:1.
