Sales realization rose to INR 16,296 per sq ft in Q1 FY26, up from INR 12,457 per sq ft in FY25.
Collections for the quarter were INR 9.3 billion, with construction spend over INR 500 crores.
Net debt as of June 2025 was INR 8.9 billion, with a target to keep net debt below 0.5x projected operating surplus.
Operating cash surplus before land investment was INR 1.9 billion in Q1 FY26.
