Executive summary
Q2 2026 revenue was NT$6,003 million, up 23.5% sequentially and 31.5% year over year; Q2 net income was NT$1,571 million versus NT$630.0 million a year earlier.
H1 revenue reached NT$10.863bn versus NT$8.658bn; H1 net profit was NT$2.300bn versus NT$987.5m, including NT$1.343bn in fair-value gains.
H1 net profit attributable to owners was NT$2.340bn versus NT$988.5m.
Financial highlights
Q2 gross profit was NT$2.823bn versus NT$2.349bn; operating profit was NT$743.4m versus NT$544.6m. H1 gross and operating profit were NT$5.166bn and NT$1.134bn, respectively.
Reported Q2 operating margin was 12.4%, up 4.4 percentage points sequentially; pro forma operating margin was 18.9%, up 2.6 points.
Pro forma net income was NT$1.96bn, up 67.4% sequentially and 101.9% year over year; pro forma results exclude amortization, depreciation, inventory adjustments and share-based compensation.
Operating cash flow was negative NT$1.205bn versus positive NT$1.965bn; cash and equivalents at June-end were NT$7.841bn, down from NT$9.756bn at 2025 year-end.
Segment performance
Industrial contributed 35% of Q2 revenue versus 30% in Q2 2025; automotive contributed 14% versus 12%.
Consumer contributed 36% versus 37% a year earlier; computer and communication contributed 9% and 6%, respectively.
One reportable segment under IFRS 8 accounts for 90% or more of total revenue; operations focus on integrated circuits and related technical services.
