Strategic location and asset overview

• The Castrovirreyna Project is located in the Huancavelica Region, Central Peru, comprising three mineral concession blocks with silver-rich, polymetallic veins and gold-rich breccias.

Resource base and growth potential

• Reliquias Mine holds 28.92 Moz AgEq (43-101 resource), while Caudalosa Mine has a historic resource of 35.63 Moz AgEq.

• The Reliquias Mine's measured and indicated resources total 1,311 kt at 132.1 g/t Ag, with significant base metals.

• Numerous outcropping veins and underexplored areas offer substantial exploration upside within a 60,000-hectare land package.

Infrastructure and operational readiness

• Infrastructure includes paved road access, power grid connection, mining camp, and over 30 km of veins with 20 km of rehabilitated tunnels.
