SilverBow Resources, Inc. acquires, develops and sells producing oil and gas properties in the Eagle Ford shale and Austin Chalk located in South Texas. SilverBow's properties are held by 13 wholly-owned subsidiaries with its principal corporate headquarters in Houston. It also owns a minority ownership interest in Silverbow Midstream Partners LP, which is engaged in the gathering and transportation of natural gas; and Silverbow Holdings LLC, which has participated in joint ventures undertaken by SilverBow Energy Corporation, a predecessor entity to SilverBow Resources, Inc. The company was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
