Project overview and strategic positioning

• Sinda is a major new silver discovery in Mexico's Guanajuato district, one of the world's most prolific silver belts, with over 1.4 billion ounces of silver produced historically in the region.

• The project boasts 369 Moz AgEq of inferred resources, 16 Moz AgEq of indicated resources, and 452–484 Moz AgEq in exploration targets, with only 38% of known veins drilled.

• Sinda is positioned as a pure-play, multi-mine district with aggressive exploration and development plans, aiming for first production by 2031.

• Only 26% of the 6,200 ha land package and 38% of known veins have been drilled, leaving significant exploration upside.

Development plan and timeline

• The development plan includes 400,000 meters of drilling, phased surface and underground programs, and a 9 km exploration decline.

• Phase 1 drilling (60,810m) is complete; Phase 2 (122,000m) is underway, with 16–18 rigs active.

• Environmental authorization for the decline was received in March 2026, with site preparation targeted for completion by end of Q4 2026.

• The project targets updated resource estimates, PEA, PFS, and feasibility studies through 2030, with first production by end of 2031.

• Capital budget for exploration and development totals $181 million, with $98 million allocated to the decline and $44 million to underground drilling.
