H1 revenue reached a first-half record of €61.0M, up 7.2% YoY; technology consulting grew 10.2% to €57.1M.
Adjusted EBITDA was €7.01M versus €7.10M; operating income was €4.60M and net income attributable to equity holders rose to €2.75M from €2.65M.
Operating cash flow improved to €5.13M from a €1.70M outflow in H1 2025; net debt was €18.3M following AMS acquisition financing.
