Financial highlights
Total income/revenue for Q1 FY26 was INR 901 crore (₹9.01 bn), up 34.6% YoY; real estate income contributed INR 690 crore (₹6.90 bn), contracts/manufacturing INR 162 crore (₹1.62 bn).
EBITDA stood at INR 73 crore (₹0.73 bn, 8.1% margin); PAT at INR 13.6 crore (₹136 mn, 1–1.5% margin), impacted by delayed revenue recognition in Bangalore.
Operational cash inflow reached INR 1,778 crore (₹17.78 bn), up 15% YoY; net cash flow for the quarter was INR 56.8 crore (₹0.57 bn).
Gross debt at INR 1,019 crore (₹10.19 bn); cash balance at INR 1,706 crore; average interest cost reduced to 8.86%.
Standalone and consolidated net profit for Q1 FY26 was ₹458.81 million and ₹136.18 million, respectively, both up YoY.
Outlook and guidance
Guided for 30% increase in pre-sales over last year, targeting INR 10,000 crore sales in the subsequent year.
Plans to launch 6–8 million sq ft in the remainder of FY26, with sales potential of INR 10,000 crore.
Margins expected to improve as revenue from delayed Bangalore projects is recognized in coming quarters.
Operating cash flow for FY26 expected to grow by 10%.
Dividend of ₹3 per equity share was proposed and approved at the AGM.
