Opening remarks and agenda
Chairman welcomed attendees, acknowledged traditional owners, and explained the hybrid meeting format for broader participation.
Meeting was declared open with confirmation of quorum and introduction of board members, auditors, and key executives.
AGM held on 14th November 2025, with a focus on reviewing FY25 performance and outlining FY26 outlook.
Financial performance review
Loan book for continuing operations grew to AUD 832.7 million, up from AUD 791.1 million, and revenue increased to AUD 180.3 million.
Over AU$3 billion in assets financed and revenues exceeding AU$200 million, with more than 70,000 active accounts.
FY25 normalised NPAT increased 17.4% to $34.1m, with EPS up 21.2% to 16.8 cents; statutory NPAT surged 84.4% to AUD 31.4 million.
Fully franked total dividend of AUD 0.14 per share was paid, up 40% on the prior year.
Bad debt remained stable at 4.4% in FY25 and 1.2% for Q1 FY26.
Board and executive committee updates
Kellie Cordner appointed to the board in September, bringing expertise in marketing and customer engagement.
Symon Brewis-Weston retired after seven years, having chaired the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Board chaired by Stuart Robertson, with key committees led by Symon Brewis-Weston and Craig Parker; Scott Baldwin serves as CEO.
