Trading performance

• Q3 group sales rose 4% year-on-year on a constant currency basis, with like-for-like sales also up 4%.

• North America and UK & Ireland saw sales growth of 4% and 8% respectively, while APAC & EEME experienced a 2% decline in LFL sales due to lower passenger numbers from Middle East conflict.

• Continental Europe sales remained stable, with a focus on profitability and operational improvements.

• For the nine months to 30 June 2026, group sales increased 5% on a constant currency basis, with LFL sales up 5%.

Outlook and guidance

• Trading remains in line with expectations, with continued focus on customer and operational delivery during peak summer.

• Full-year expectations include EPS of 13.6-14.8p (post share buyback), free cash flow above £100m, and further progress toward a 20% ROCE.

• Currency impact for the year is expected to be +0.3% on revenue and -1.6% on operating profit if current FX rates persist.

• The group is progressing with its 'Focus 26' operational plans to strengthen profitability, cash flow, and returns.

Capital allocation and shareholder returns

• £76m of the £100m share buyback program initiated in October 2025 has been completed.

• Full-year results for 2026 are scheduled for release on 8 December 2026.
