Project portfolio and resource highlights

• South West Arkansas (SWA) Project targets 22,500 tpa lithium carbonate production, with a 20+ year operating life and average grade of 481 mg/L; first commercial DLE in the U.S.

• East Texas (Franklin Project) holds a maiden inferred resource of 2.2Mt LCE, with average lithium concentration of 668 mg/L and potential for 100,000+ tpa LCE production across three projects.

• Smackover Formation offers some of the highest lithium brine concentrations in North America, supported by decades of geological and operational data.

Technology and operational de-risking

• Demonstration plant has processed 40 million gallons of brine since 2020, achieving >95% lithium recovery and >99% contaminant rejection using Aquatech’s LSS technology.

• Field tests at SWA exceeded key performance criteria, underpinning engineering design and definitive feasibility study (DFS).

• License agreement with Aquatech includes technology performance guarantees and regional exclusivity for the Smackover.
