• South West Arkansas (SWA) Project: 22,500 tpa initial capacity, 1.2Mt measured & indicated LCE resource, 20+ year modeled life, $1.7bn pre-tax NPV, 20% IRR.

• East Texas/Franklin Project: 2.2Mt inferred LCE resource, 668 mg/L average concentration, potential for 100,000+ tpa LCE production across three projects.

Technology and operational de-risking

• Commercial-scale demonstration plant operating since 2020, processing 42 million gallons of brine and achieving >95% lithium recovery and >99% contaminant rejection.

• Field test at SWA Project confirmed flowsheet and DLE performance, underpinning engineering design and feasibility study.

• License agreement with Aquatech for exclusive use of Li-Pro LSS technology in Smackover, with performance guarantees.
