Strategic vision and market positioning

• Aims to become a global top 10 tin producer, leveraging the high-grade Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania, Australia.

• Heemskirk is the highest-grade undeveloped tin project in Australia and third highest globally, with a total resource exceeding 129kt contained tin.

Project development and resource growth

• Heemskirk resource base upgraded, with a 94% increase in Indicated Resource through drilling, now at 13.36Mt @ 0.86% Sn (115.3kt contained tin).

• Queen Hill and Severn deposits saw resource increases of 41% and 64% respectively in 2026.

• 62% of the total resource base is in the Indicated category, with deposits open at depth and along strike, supporting further growth.

Technical and economic highlights

• Scoping Study base case: 12-year mine life, 1,900 tpa payable tin, A$71m capex, and AISC of US$18,260/t.

• NPV8% (pre-tax) ranges from A$122m at US$28,000/t tin to A$259m at US$36,000/t tin; IRR up to 59%.

• Ore sorting increases head grade to 1.50% Sn (1.6x uplift) with 82.4% recovery and 50% mass rejection.

• Metallurgical tests show high recoveries (Severn 75%, Queen Hill >70%) and clean, low-impurity concentrate.

• Project economics expected to improve further with expanded PFS and increased mining inventory.
