Executive summary
Revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, increased by ~29.86% year-over-year to Rs.1,168.99 crores, with total income up 22.20% to Rs.1,300.36 crores.
EBITDA rose by ~41.77% year-over-year to Rs.749.94 crores for the quarter.
Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs.329.79 crores, down from Rs.398.17 crores in the same quarter last year.
Interim dividend of Rs.3.75 per share (75%) declared for FY 2025-26.
Financial highlights
Domestic subscription revenues grew 9.01% year-over-year to Rs.476.09 crores.
Advertisement revenues for the quarter were Rs.292.15 crores, down from Rs.335.42 crores year-over-year.
Profit before tax (after exceptional items) for the quarter was Rs.452.24 crores, compared to Rs.498.40 crores last year.
Sunrisers Leeds Limited contributed Rs.94.52 crores in revenue and Rs.22.19 crores in PBT for the quarter.
