Executive summary
Achieved record net profit for both standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, driven by strong domestic sales, international diversification, and robust growth in auto and non-auto segments.
Domestic segment grew 12% year-over-year, while exports declined due to tariffs and market conditions; international diversification and expansion in Europe and adjacent markets continue.

Borrowings reduced from INR 600 crores to INR 540 crores over H1.
