• 1H26 presales reached AUD 420M, representing 62% of the AUD 680M target; 2025 presales were AUD 667M, up 370% from AUD 142M in 2024.

• FY26 targets include ฿15,000M presales and ฿10,500M revenue; portfolio spans 25 projects, 4 cities and 6 states, with project value of ฿207,300M. Figures reflect the shareholding proportion and THB-equivalent values subject to FX.

Revenue, earnings and financial position

• 1H26 total revenue was ฿11,081M, up 4% YoY; real estate sales revenue was ฿10,484M, up 1%, while gross margin was 30.3% versus 34.2%.

• 1H26 net profit rose 36% YoY to ฿2,049M; share of JV and associate profit increased 72% to ฿993M, and finance cost fell 21% to ฿301M.

• At 30 Jun 2026, total assets were ฿103,921M and total liabilities ฿46,668M; net gearing was 57% and average cost of funds 1.84%.
