Executive summary
Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved by the Board on August 4, 2025.
Board approved a sub-division of each equity share (face value Rs. 10) into 10 shares (face value Rs. 1), subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
Financial highlights
Standalone revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 170.46 crore, up from Rs. 140.95 crore in Q1 FY25.
Standalone profit after tax for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 139.22 crore, compared to Rs. 112.76 crore in Q1 FY25.
Consolidated revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 145.46 crore, up from Rs. 142.46 crore in Q1 FY25.
Consolidated profit after tax for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 146.30 crore, compared to Rs. 131.07 crore in Q1 FY25.
Realised profit on sale of investments credited to retained earnings was Rs. 74.28 crore (standalone) and Rs. 74.28 crore (consolidated) for Q1 FY26.
Outlook and guidance
The share split aims to enhance liquidity and encourage retail investor participation.
Expected completion of the share split is within two months of shareholder and regulatory approval.
