Executive summary
Net profit for Q3 FY26 reached INR 374 crores, up 9% year-over-year, with robust operating profit and improved asset quality.
Total deposits grew 12% YoY to INR 118,211 crores; gross advances rose 11.3% YoY to INR 96,764 crores.

Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, were reviewed and approved by the Board.
Financial highlights
Net interest margin (NIM) for the quarter was 2.86%, with return on assets at 1.07% and return on equity at 13.49%.
Gross NPA reduced to 2.67% and net NPA to 0.45%, reflecting strong asset quality.
CASA balances increased 15% YoY to INR 37,640 crores; CASA ratio improved to 31.84%.
Provision coverage ratio (PCR) excluding write-offs improved to 83.5%; including write-offs, PCR reached 91.57%.
Standalone net profit for Q3 FY26 was ₹37,432 lakhs, up from ₹34,187 lakhs in Q3 FY25; total income for Q3 FY26 was ₹3,00,346 lakhs.

Loan growth guidance maintained at 12% YoY, with potential for higher growth in the January-March quarter.
