Executive summary
Underlying NPATA for Q1 FY26 reached $752k, up 21.5% year-over-year and 4.0% sequentially from Q4 FY25.
Services expanded to 90 Aged Residential Care facilities, an 11.1% increase over the prior comparable period.
Enrolled patient population totaled 25,757 at quarter-end, with ARC enrolments up 3.8% and General Practice enrolments down 1.7%.
Financial highlights
Group revenue rose 11.5% year-over-year to $5,031k and 4.3% sequentially from Q4 FY25.
Revenue from ARC business increased 20.1% year-over-year to $3,171k.
Underlying EBIT grew 18.4% year-over-year to $1,083k, with EBIT margin at 21.5%.
NPAT climbed 24.8% year-over-year to $650k, with diluted EPS up 29.9% to 5.96 cents.
Ordinary dividends per share increased 22.0% year-over-year to 4.00 cents.
Outlook and guidance
Board adopted a fixed quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share, replacing the payout ratio policy to provide more predictable returns.
