• Online revenues for Westside grew 25% in Q4 FY26, contributing over 6% of Westside revenues.

Outlook and guidance

• Board approved in-principle a proposal to raise ~₹2,500 crore to accelerate investments in store upgrades, new brands, supply chain, digital initiatives, and real estate.

• Focus remains on expanding presence in both existing and new micro-markets, especially Tier II and III cities.
