It operates through four segments: Accommodation Reservation, Transportation Ticketing, Package Tour, and Corporate Travel Management. The company also operates Co-Pilot, an online platform for group travelers; Trip.com and Business Travel Services Group portals; Ctrip Corporate Travel management system; and Meetings & Incentives platform that consolidates Chinese and European outbound meeting plans in real time.
In addition, the company offers a range of travel services for corporate clients from over 100 countries worldwide. The company was formerly known as Ctrip.com International, Ltd. and changed its name to Trip.com Group Limited in April 2018. Trip.com Group Limited was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China
