Executive summary
The annual standalone financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 were prepared in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the EU and audited by PwC, who issued an unqualified opinion, confirming compliance with applicable regulations and a true and fair view of the company’s financial position and results.
The Supervisory Board positively assessed the financial statements, management report, and audit process, confirming their compliance with books, documents, and the actual state.

Revenue for 2025 amounted to PLN 2,002.6 million, down from PLN 2,189.7 million in 2024.
Net profit for 2025 was PLN 41.1 million, up from PLN 29.2 million in 2024.
EBITDA for 2025 was PLN 108.3 million, compared to PLN 61.9 million in 2024.
Cash and cash equivalents at year-end 2025 were PLN 424.9 million, up from PLN 193.8 million at the end of 2024.
Equity at year-end 2025 was PLN 206.0 million, up from PLN 183.2 million at the end of 2024.
Total assets at year-end 2025 were PLN 1,519.1 million, up from PLN 1,397.7 million at the end of 2024.
Dividend paid in 2025 for 2024 profit was PLN 0.20 per share.
Outlook and guidance
The company continues to monitor liquidity and maintains access to significant undrawn credit lines and guarantees.
