Strategic achievements and growth

• Consolidated a major silver district in Argentina, raising over AUD 100 million and increasing resources from 90 to 330 million silver equivalent ounces in two years, with a 3.6x resource growth since 2H 2024 and 68,000m of drilling completed since Q4 2024.

• Acquired 100% of key farming land and La Mata, securing over 30,000 hectares and supporting infrastructure and operational readiness.

• Market cap stands at AUD 400–450 million, with AUD 55 million cash as of June quarter, fully funded through 2026 catalysts, and strong insider and institutional support.

• Resource remains open along strike and at depth, with ongoing drilling and an updated MRE expected later this year and in Q3 2026.

• Board and insiders hold 29% of shares, with a proven team experienced in mine development and financing.

Project development and operational plans

• Pre-feasibility study (PFS) due later this year, targeting pit-constrained, free-milling oxide resources, with a maiden PFS in September 2026 and a revised MRE in Q3 2026.

• Stage 1: Oxide starter operation targeting 5-7Moz Ag per annum, leveraging open-pit, free-milling feed and ~80% Ag/Au recoveries, de-risked by historical mining and processing data.

• Stage 2: Sulphide expansion with flotation flowsheet for Ag-Pb-Zn-In concentrates, with a scoping study planned for 1H 2027.

• Infrastructure in place includes a 150-person camp, site office, warehouse, access roads, and power, with La Morocha SE only 350m from camp.

• Environmental impact assessment and RIGI fiscal reform application to be prepared post-PFS, aiming for full mining approvals next year.

Project portfolio and resource scale

• Two flagship assets, Joaquin and Cerro Leon, consolidated through five acquisitions between 2021 and 2024, now 100% controlled.

• Joaquin March 2026 MRE: 45.3Mt at 115gpt AgEq for 167Moz AgEq; Cerro Leon September 2025 MRE: 31Mt at 161gpt AgEq for 162Moz AgEq.

• Combined global resource: 330Moz AgEq, including 185Moz Ag and 1Moz Au, with significant portions in the Indicated category.

• Mineralisation at both projects remains open at depth and along strike, with ongoing infill and extensional drilling targeting further growth.

• Operational synergies assessed by hauling Cerro Leon high-grade oxide to a central Joaquin processing facility.
