Capital adequacy ratio stood at 18.3%, with CET1 at 15.3%.
Gross NPA ratio improved to 3.52%, net NPA at 0.62%, and provision coverage ratio at 94.65%.
Cost-to-income ratio increased to around 49% due to lower net interest income.
Operating profit for Q1 FY26 was ₹6,909 crore, a decrease of 11.26% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects NIM moderation of 20–25 bps for FY26, with a minimum NIM of 2.60–2.65% before recovery.
Double-digit RAM growth is expected to continue, with ROA targeted above 1% for FY26.
Focus remains on digital transformation, ESG, and inclusive growth through government schemes.
No deviations or variations in the utilization of funds raised; no outstanding defaults on loans or debt securities.
