Operating income rose to $4.8 million from $1.0 million year-over-year; adjusted non-GAAP operating income increased to $5.8 million from $2.9 million.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year 2026 adjusted non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance reaffirmed at $0.45–$0.65, compared to $0.31 in 2025, excluding tariff recovery.
Guidance does not include further tariff refunds; all recoveries are already incorporated.
Management expects continued negative impact from macroeconomic conditions, tariffs, and reduced consumer spending.
U.S. operations expected to remain in a pre-tax loss position for full year 2026, resulting in an elevated effective tax rate.
Liquidity is expected to be sufficient for at least the next twelve months, supported by cash flow and credit lines.
