Outlook and guidance
FY27 revenue growth guidance remains 7%-11% and EBITDA growth 10%-14%; management remains comfortable subject to macro developments.
H1 represented ~40% of revenue, with ~60% expected in seasonally larger H2; crop-protection volumes are expected to increase, though cost pressures may moderate growth.
Guidance assumes no further adverse weather, including El Niño, and no major West Asia escalation disrupting logistics or input prices; priorities include margin improvement, higher PATMI and deleveraging.
Medium-term leverage guidance remains 1.5x; FY28 guidance was considered premature amid weather and market uncertainty.
SUPERFORM expects revenue and EBIT momentum to continue for the next two quarters if macro conditions remain unchanged.
