Unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were reviewed and approved on August 14, 2025.

The company completed a major restructuring: amalgamation of Esteem Properties and demerger of the hospitality business, now focusing solely on real estate.
Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 was ₹84,032.51 lakhs, up from ₹53,709.21 lakhs in Q4 FY25 and ₹76,657.84 lakhs in Q1 FY25.
Consolidated profit after tax from continuing operations was ₹1,371.35 lakhs, compared to a loss of ₹2,124.60 lakhs in Q4 FY25 and a profit of ₹1,971.17 lakhs in Q1 FY25.
Standalone loss after tax for Q1 FY26 was ₹621.35 lakhs, compared to a loss of ₹7,715.75 lakhs in Q4 FY25 and a loss of ₹1,772.58 lakhs in Q1 FY25.
EPS (consolidated, continuing operations) for Q1 FY26 was ₹0.23 basic and diluted, compared to -₹0.40 in Q4 FY25.
Discontinued operations (hospitality) contributed a profit after tax of ₹1,971.17 lakhs in Q1 FY25 and a loss of ₹278.05 lakhs in Q4 FY25.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects no adverse impact from ongoing legal proceedings and continues to monitor regulatory and project-related risks.
The company is now focused exclusively on real estate development following the demerger.
