Comparable net property income grew by 3.7%, led by premium assets.
Portfolio occupancy improved to 99.5% as of June 2025.
Gearing reduced to 26.6%, at the lower end of the target range, supported by a AUD 349 million increase in asset valuations.
Strategic initiatives and plans
Major acquisitions included 50% of Lakeside Joondalup and 49% of Chatswood Chase, both at attractive pricing.
Over AUD 1 billion in non-strategic asset divestments since FY2024, exceeding sales targets, including $457m in FY25.
Completion of Chadstone Market Pavilion and One Middle Road office tower, with strong tenant demand and $66m in retail sales in 1Q FY26.
Chatswood Chase Stage 1 reopening featured over 60 retailers and received positive feedback.
Ongoing portfolio remixing and investment in 44 of 51 assets since 2019 to maintain asset vibrancy.
